Canadian police arrested a former city council employee after authorities accused him of sexually abusing two minors at a community center.
Police identified the suspect as 65-year-old Charles Manickam, a Tamil man who previously worked for the city council. Investigators stated that the incidents took place in April at a local community center in Canada.

According to police reports, Charles Manickam allegedly approached two minors and committed acts of sexual abuse against them during separate incidents.Following the investigation, police arrested the suspect and filed three sexual offence charges against him.
