Police officers recovered a human head from Muragalla Beach, which falls under the Aluthgama Police Division. Following information received this morning, officers carried out investigations behind a major tourist hotel in the area. During the search operation, authorities discovered the severed human head washed ashore near the beach.
Investigators confirmed that the recovered head belonged to a male individual. However, police have not yet released any information regarding the identity of the deceased person.
